Ten Commandments of TaeKwonDo
- Be loyal to your country and school.
- Be a good son or daughter to your parents.
- Be faithful to your spouse.
- Be on good terms with your brothers & sisters.

- Respect and trust your teachers.
- Use good judgment before killing any living thing.
- Never retreat in battle.
- Always finish what you start.

- Whenever addressing the Grandmaster, use the term: "GWAN JANG NIM".
- Whenever addressing the Master, use the term: "SAH-BUHM NIM".
- Whenever addressing Black Belts, use the term: " YOON DAHN JA NIM" or "INSTRUCTOR".
- Whenever entering or leaving the school, the student must present a polite bow to the Master.
- Whenever shaking anyone's hand, shake their hand using two hands.
- Always bow into the training floor when entering or leaving.
- Whenever late, pick up your attendance card, kneel and meditate until the instructor acknowledges you into class.
- When lining up, always line up in rank order.
- Highest-ranking belt will line up first in line. They will also collect the cards from their classmates. When collecting or giving the cards, always bow and use 2 hands.
- The highest-ranking belt will also start the class.
- Call the class to "CHARYOT", "SALUTE THE FLAGS" "BAHRO", "SAHBUHM-NIM GYUNG YAE"
- If the Master Instructor is in the office, you must turn to the office and bow.
- When the Master Instructor enters the class, students must bow to greet the Master Instructor. This is the highest belt's duty.
- All higher-ranking belts must be quick to help younger belts with forms and other curriculum.
- Higher-ranking belts must also assist the younger belts in the etiquette of the Martial Art.
